Place a handful of whole leaf dulse on a plate. Place in microwave for 45 seconds. Makes a great dulse chip.

Place a handful of dulse in a fry pan and sautée in a tsp of olive oil until dulse browns – less than a minute. Place on buttered whole-wheat toast with tomatoes, lettuce, salt and pepper and perhaps a slather of mayonnaise. Serves one and you won’t want to share.
